Our Policies
Alcohol may not be supplied or served by any Funplex employee. If alcohol is brought the following requirements must be met:
- A food package, casual or catered, must be included in the "play" package.
- All guests consuming alcoholic beverages must be of legal drinking age.
- All alcoholic beverages must stay in the private area that will be provided.
- An Alcohol Beverage Agreement Certificate must be signed and returned to The Funplex prior to the event. To receive or discuss the Alcohol Beverage Agreement Certificate please contact us at your desired location.
A Certificate of Liability must be provided. This certificate must be a minimum of 1 Million dollars and must name both the company that is hosting the event as the main insurance holder and The Funplex as the additional insured for the one day event, under both the General & Liquor Liability policies.
For The Funplex in Mt. Laurel it needs to appear as The Falls Group DBA The Funplex on the insurance certificate.
For The Funplex in East Hanover it needs to appear as Stafford FEC DBA The Funplex on the insurance certificate.
This certificate must be supplied to The Funplex no later than 3 days prior to the event date.
* The Funplex still reserves the right to refuse any guest use of any attraction if we see evidence of unsafe behavior.
A Certificate of Liability must be provided evidencing both General Liability and Liquor Law Liability, each at a minimum of 1 Million dollar limit, naming both the caterer as the main insurance holder and The Funplex as the additional insured for the one-day event, under both the General and Liquor Liability policies.
For The Funplex in Mt. Laurel it needs to appear as The Falls Group DBA The Funplex on the insurance certificate.
For The Funplex in East Hanover it needs to appear as Stafford FEC DBA The Funplex on the insurance certificate.
This certificate must be supplied to The Funplex no later than 3 days prior to the event date.
* The Funplex still reserves the right to refuse any guest use of any attraction if we see evidence of unsafe behavior.

This may be obtained through your homeowner's insurance policy; however, some insurance companies do not allow this amendment to the policy for a 1-day event nor do they allow the inclusion of an additional insured. You would need to contact your agent for further information.
