Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is your minimum? We have a 15 person minimum for all of our corporate packages. A. How long is the event? Corporate Package #1 & #2 are for 2 hours and Corporate Package #3 is for 3 hours. If you are having an organized event additional time may be added depending on how many teams/participants that you have. If you are hosting a meeting at our facility additional time may also be added.

Q. Do you offer team building options? If so, how does it work? A. The Funplex offers team building for Go-Karts & Lazer Tag. Once the reservation is made we will send you instructions on how to set up the teams. We can either set the teams up for you or you can set them up. We need the teams and/or list of participants at least 4 days prior to the event. At that time we will create an agenda for you outlining how the event will run. We require that you approve the agenda prior to the event. The day of the event the teams will compete against each other for the highest score in Lazer and for the fastest average in Go-Karts. After all teams have participated we will host semi-finals and finals to determine a winning team. The team with the highest score in Lazer & fastest average in Go-Karts will receive trophies & certificates. You can upgrade the trophies so that each person on the winning team receives one for an additional charge. For more information you can also review our Teambuilding page.

Q. Do you have meeting rooms? A. Yes, we can accommodate meetings for 15 to 150 people.

Q. Do you have AV equipment? A. The Funplex can provide any AV equipment needed for your event. Please call for more details!

Q. Do you require a deposit? A. Yes, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking?

Q. How far in advance must I book? A. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, however you may book with less notice, pending availability.

Q. Is gratuity included? A. No, gratuity is NOT included and is at your discretion.

Q. What kind of food do you offer? A. The Funplex offers a wide variety of menu options, ranging from Pizza and Hot Dogs to Salads, Sandwiches, Chicken & Pasta Dishes. All food is made fresh on the premises. Call one of our event coordinators for more details.

Q. Do you allow outside food or caterers? A. No, The Funplex does not allow outside caterers.

Q. Do you offer alcohol? A. The Funplex does not offer alcohol on the premises, however advanced arrangements may be made to include alcohol in your package or to bring it in. Please see the Alcohol Restriction Policy for more details.

Q. Does the package include a host? A. Yes, all of our Corporate Packages include a host.

Q. Can we add on additional tokens? A. Yes, you can always add on additional tokens at a discounted rate.
